We Support Upper and Lower Amputees

We provide financial assistance for prosthetic care provided by Arizona prosthetist to qualified, approved applicants. We target underinsured and uninsured amputees, helping them receive financial assistance for prosthetic limbs if and when there is no other means to pay for them.

Eligibility requirements:

• No other source to pay for any portion of a prosthesis
• United States citizen or legal resident
• Currently living in Arizona
• Ability to lead full life greatly impacted
